Sheldon was professional and friendly. He was very responsive to my needs. I felt like I was his only client. If I called him he answered 95% of the time, if not he always called me back within minutes. If I texted him I got an immediate response. He was someone I felt I could trust and he ran the information down to me without beating around the bush. All along the way he wanted to make sure I was happy with my decisions.
